“Interior Castles” explores the life changing insights gained while reading “The Interior Castle” by Saint Teresa of Ávila. Here Marks explores how to get through an all consuming darkness. Learning that when we dismantle the fear of going inside ourselves, we find our interior castle where there is an endless source of light.
